Returns Policy

Every piece of clothing and every headpiece/accessory is made with the utmost care at Celestial Closet, and is thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch.

In-Stock Items:
Once an order has been posted, delivered or collected, no refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued. If an item is defective or faulty, please contact us via email at orders@celestialcloset.com within 3 days of receiving the goods to make a claim. No claims will be accepted after this time. If a returns claim is accepted, items must be returned in unworn condition with all original tags, packaged adequately for transit, at the buyer's expense.

Custom Orders:
Unfortunately, no refunds or credits will be issued for custom orders once a deposit has been made and work has commenced on the custom piece. A 50% deposit is required prior to any work commencing on a custom made piece. Progress photos will be sent at different stages of the construction, and minor changes only will be permitted.
