Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

For health and hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted for wearables and jewellery, unless an item is faulty. If the item is broken or faulty on arrival, please email studio (at) celestialcloset (dot) com, within 7 days of receipt of the parcel, with a photo of the broken, damaged or faulty item.

Please note that colour differences are not considered a fault. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or minor colour variances – please keep this in mind before purchasing.

A return shipping address will be provided for you to send the item/s back (paid for by you). Items must be sent back to Celestial Closet using a tracked shipping method, preferably in the original shipping box.

On receipt of the item, the item condition will be assessed, and I will send a replacement item (if stock/materials permit) or repair the original item, which will then be shipped back to you at no additional cost. Items must be unworn and unopened, and still have their their original packaging (backing card or gift box) for a return to be accepted.

Exemptions

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and are not eligible for refunds. These include:

  • Sale/final clearance products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products, such as PDF or video tutorials with digital access.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if the return is approved for a refund.

If placing multiple orders and wishing to have them shipped together in the same parcel, for any orders placed within the same 48 hours, any excess shipping paid will be refunded to the original credit card or PayPal account based on which payment method was used for the order, unless part of the order has already been dispatched.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed by the payment provider.
