Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from Celestial Closet in Melbourne, Australia.

The current processing time for orders is 5-10 business days prior to shipping.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your parcel is booked for the post (all packing and shipping is done by one person!)
In the unlikely event there is an issue with your order, or if I require you to confirm or clarify address details, I will contact you via email within 48 hours.

Australia

All Australian orders are sent via Sendle (tracked courier) or Australia Post (tracked postage via the Australia Post network).

Free shipping is available for orders over $150 AUD, these will be sent via the most economical tracked shipping method for your location.

If you are located in a regional or rural location, it is highly recommended to select Australia Post to avoid additional shipping charges. Regional or rural orders may take 2-3 days longer to reach your location.

Australia Post Standard:
2-14 business days, depending on location

Australia Post Express:
1-10 business days, depending on location

Please note that selecting the Express Post option determines the delivery speed only, and not the priority of your order. All orders are processed in the order which they are received.

 

International

All international orders are sent via Sendle (tracked economy courier) or Interparcel (tracked premium courier via the UPS network). Please note there are continued delays with deliveries worldwide due to the global pandemic.

Free shipping is available for orders over $200 AUD, these will be sent via Sendle.

Celestial Closet is currently shipping to USA, Canada, Northern Ireland, Singapore and South Korea. Shipping to the UK has been paused from 1st January 2021, until further notice due to customs and taxation changes caused by Brexit.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and Celestial Closet is not liable for the payment of duties, customs fees or import fees. Celestial Closet will not falsify customs forms to avoid taxes and duties. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Important Information:

All wearables are packaged in sturdy cardboard shipping boxes for protection in transit, padded with acid-free tissue paper. The shipping box may be wrapped in reclaimed bubble wrap on the outside for additional protection, particularly on international orders. Jewellery packages are enclosed in a home compostable or biodegradeable shipping satchel for protection from the weather.

Larger items including home decor pieces and wall hangings are packaged in a large outer shipping box, which may be recycled. To minimise our environmental impact, recycled fillers including reclaimed bubble wrap, tissue paper may be used to protect the precious pieces inside the box. All clear tape used is biodegradable.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items will ship once production has been completed, in the order they are received. The turnaround time for pre-order items prior to shipping is typically 3-4 weeks from the date of the order. Pre-order items are clearly marked in the product name and description with an estimated shipping date.
If an order contains one or more pre-order items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order items are ready for dispatch.

Please note:
Celestial Closet is not liable for any lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit once they have left the studio. We do our best to follow up with our delivery providers, in the event that a parcel is not received by the expected delivery date. In the event of a lost parcel, orders will be addressed on a case-by-case basis following investigation by the postal/courier companies.

Please note that once an item has been dispatched, we are unable to request redirection to another location, so please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Celestial Closet is not liable for an incorrect delivery address being supplied at the time of purchase. If a parcel is returned to Celestial Closet due to an incorrect address being supplied, the costs associated with correcting the address and re-shipping the item are the responsibility of the buyer.
